Terms of Limited Warranty
These warranty terms apply only to the ACCORDPC series products purchased on or after January 1, 2023.
Faults occurring due to manufacturing reasons will be covered under warranty, with the warranty period starting from the date of purchase. Repair service assurance is provided during the warranty period; refer to “Product Warranty Period” for details.
The warranty commencement time is calculated from the date on the purchase invoice. In case of lost purchase documents, the shipping date determined by the product serial number will be used for calculation.
If the product malfunction falls outside the terms of ACCORDPC’s non-warranty coverage, ACCORDPC reserves the right to cancel warranty benefits and will not provide repair service assurance.
If there are material or manufacturing defects in the product during the warranty period, the company will address them through repair. If repair is not possible, a replacement of a similar type will be provided. In the case of product discontinuation, an equivalent product will be substituted.
Any damage caused by faults or defects in ACCORDPC products during the warranty period will be compensated by the company.
`{`Note`}` “Product faults or defects” refer to issues determined by the company’s inspection as caused by factors “not attributable to the consumer or other force majeure.” If, after inspection, the faults or
defects are found to be “attributable to the consumer” or “caused by other force majeure,” the company cannot provide relevant compensation.

Non-Warranty Coverage Terms
Damages caused by natural disasters (floods, fires, etc.), irresistible forces (impact, corrosion, etc.), or misuse and abuse.
Product repairs, modifications, or alterations by unauthorized personnel.
Labels that have been altered, soiled, removed, or damaged.
Severe damage, including but not limited to complete PCB damage, detached storage chips, EEPROM chip detachment, burnt pins (two or more), or in an unusable condition (abnormal wear, scratches, or abrasions).
Counterfeit products.
Usage traces caused by material characteristics during long-term use are not covered by the warranty.
Damages caused by improper use not following the instructions or due to human error are not covered by the warranty.
ACCORDPC strongly prohibits the use of the product in environments with long-term water flow/columns or high-water pressure. If used in such environments, resulting in damage to the contents, ACCORDPC is not responsible.
